Quality & Testing

Quality controls run through the whole workflow — from incoming sensing-chip screening to complete-unit functional testing before packing.

Testing & validation

Functional verification covers the three things that matter in the field: heater behaviour, signal output and gas response.

  • Complete-unit functional testing at dedicated, computer-monitored test stations before packing.
  • Heater activation and current checking, live CAN NOx signal reading and O₂/NOx response observation — supported by BG's in-house NOx tester (805002) for workshop-level verification.
  • Multi-stage inspection from incoming sensing-chip screening through probe, harness and control-module assembly.
