Sensing-chip screening
Every production run starts with screening and qualification of the ceramic sensing chips that determine measurement performance.

SMT & control-module electronics
Control-module PCBs are built with SMT technology and handled in dedicated fixtures for consistent electronics quality.

Probe & harness assembly
Probes, cables and harnesses are prepared and assembled at fixtured workstations, then joined to the control-module housing.

Complete-unit testing
Assembled sensors are connected at computer-monitored test stations for functional checks before release.

Marking & packing
Finished sensors are laser-marked with part identification and packed in NOXIA-branded boxes for shipment.
